Tim Frank

Timothy J. “Tim” Frank, age 57 of Jacksonville and formerly of Beardstown, died Friday, January 26, 2018 at Aperion Care in Jacksonville.

He was born October 21, 1960 in Beardstown, the son of Louis E. and Sandra J. Spoon Frank Mathis.

He is survived by two sisters Tanya (husband Darrell) Logan of Beardstown and Crystal (husband Rob) Bartlett of Rushville; one brother Charles “Rocky” Frank of Beardstown; eight nieces and nephews Elijah (wife Andrea) Logan, Slade and Paris Logan, R.J. (wife Andi), and Zachary (companion Stephanie Mangold) Frank, Austi Emerick, and Bronson and Jagger Bartlett; eight great nieces and nephews Carter, Avery, and Alora Logan, Kingston Newson, Kiy Walker, and Branagan, Brody, and Loki Frank.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his step father Larry Jake Mathis.

Tim attended St. John’s Lutheran School in Beardstown where he was also a baptized and confirmed member. He previously worked for Bill’s Truck Wash and also ran his own “shelling” business on the Beardstown River. Tim enjoyed playing card and board games, and was an avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan. He cherished every moment he spent with his family.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 5-7 PM Monday February 5, 2018 at Colwell Memorial Home in Beardstown. A private family burial will be held.

Memorials have been suggested to Colwell Memorial Home in care of Tim’s final arrangements.
