Teresa "Teri" Shinall

Teresa Joann “Teri” Shinall, age 54 of Jacksonville, died Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.

She was born September 9, 1966 in Beardstown, the daughter of Frank and Joanie Matthews Shinall.

She is survived by her father Frank Shinall of Rushville; one daughter Annie Rose Anastasio of Rushville; two sisters Cyndia Busen and Tami Michell both of Jacksonville; and her long-time companion Rusty Flangon of Jacksonville. She is preceded in death by her mother; paternal grandpa and grandma Belville; and a son Pasqual.

Teri attended Beardstown and Clear water, Fl Schools. She enjoyed fishing and cheering on the Green Bay Packers. In her free time, she enjoyed watching the television and movies. She will be missed by all those who knew her.

Cremation rites have been accorded. The family will be holding a private burial at a later date. Colwell Memorial Home in Beardstown assisting the family with arrangements.
