She raised five children, she cared for her husband when had a stroke, and up until she was no longer able to work, she cared for many elderly and disabled people. Mary enjoyed working in her flower beds, collecting dish towels, and taking pictures as long as she was not in them. Most of the time she might agree with you, even though she never heard what you said, and she was thankful that her sister Connie would help her watch her card while playing Bingo.
Mary’s life was her family. She cherished her time spent down south with her family and her sons dog Poe. She absolutely loved not only her children, grand and great grandchildren, but she loved everyone else’s too. She went to every sporting event even if she didn’t know what was going on or where her baby was playing on the field. Mary gave the best hugs and you never left without getting one.
