Janet Lynn Stetler-Bailey, age 68 of Havana, died Saturday, November 27, 2021 at her home.
She was born September 2, 1953 in Peoria, the daughter of Robert and Norma Jean Bailey. She married Phillip Melvin Welbourne and they later divorced and he preceded her in death on April 25, 2016.
She is survived by four children Regina Royer (significant other Preston White) of Havana, Amber (husband Kevin) Masten of Havana, Melvin (wife Lora) Welbourne of Havana, and Andrea Wise of Alma, eleven grandchildren Shauna Welbourne, Zachary Royer (companion Samantha Ditto), Cody (wife Veronica) Pratt, Tiffany White (companion Nicolas Holmes), Nevaeh Welbourne, Bailey Wise, Cash Welbourne, Remington Wise, Shaun Wise, Joshua West and Jackie White; three great grandchildren Jaycee Royer, Brody Royer, Ryhder Pratt; three sisters Angela Lippert of Florida, Colleen Sarnes of Manito, and LeAnne (husband Lee) Pirtle of Benson: One brother Jerry Bailey; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Regina Sue Collins, two brothers Ray (Dickie) Bailey and Lummy Collins, and her dog Marley.
Janet graduated from Havana High School in the class of 1971. She loved serving the public and worked various jobs around the area. In her free time, she enjoyed sewing, gardening, and watching Golden Girls, NCIS, and Betty Boop. Janet was a loving mother and grandmother and her greatest joys were being with her family.
Private family burial was held at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Havana on Tuesday, November 30.
