Ihrma Kays

Ihrma Kays, age 99 of Beardstown, died Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at Heritage Health in Beardstown.

She was born December 30, 1919 in Beardstown, the daughter of Karmy and Nellie Fisher Kays.

She is survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings Robert, Joseph, Alice, Perry, Margery, Frances, Clifford, and Karmy, three nephews Karmy, Michael, and Fred Kays, and two nieces Joanne Jaeger and Janet Holtsford.

Ihrma graduated from Beardstown High School in the class of 1937. Her bible never left her side, and she was always happiest being with her family.

Graveside services will be held at 10 AM Friday, June 14, 2019 at Beardstown City Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Colwell Memorial Home in Beardstown is in charge of arrangements.
